Foxglove Cottage, Angle

Existing cottage

We were appointed to explore porch extension and internal reconfiguration options for this traditional cottage located in Angle, Pembrokeshire. Services provided were full measured survey; existing planning drawings; sketch proposals; proposed planning drawings; and the submission of a planning application to Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority planning department.

A full plans building regulations application is currently being prepared for submission to Pembrokeshire County Council building control department. As part of this service we manage all aspects; dealing with structural engineer's and local authority's.

Planning consent was granted by Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority February 2022.
